1.                  Orders received are normally dispatched within 5 days. We will advise by return e-mail. 1. 受注があった場合は、商品は5日以内に通常発送されます。返信の電子メールによって通知を行います。

2.                  All prices include FREE carriage delivered directly to your door. 2. 全ての価格は、お客さまの受取先まで直接当着するための送料を含んでいます。

3.                  Goods can be returned with full refund or exchanged free-of-charge. All we ask is that you pay the postage to us. Please return them in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. 3. 商品は、完全な返金で返品すること、若しくは、無料で交換することができます。この場合、お客様に郵便料金をお支払いいただきます。受取から14日の間に、オリジナルのパッケージングの中に商品を入れて送付願います。

4.                  For Security reasons, during the Payment Process, a landline Telephone number is required. Orders accompanied only by a mobile number will not be processed. 4. セキュリティの観点から、支払いプロセスにおいて、一般電話回線の電話番号が必要となります。携帯電話の番号のみを伴った注文は処理されないことになります。
